How to manage the grip for long term use.
Since grips are made out of rubber, exposure to oil causes stiffening. After its use, oil substances be wiped out cleanly. Drying the grip in the shades after cleaning it with lukewarm water and neutral detergents. Also, using grip solvent on a cloth to wipe the grip restores the grip material.
Grips are consumables.
Golf clubs consists of head, shaft, and grip. Among them, the grip is consumable. While it is important to manage the grip, in order to provide maximum condition, the grip should periodically be changed.
